Moving one step at a time allows you to be completely honest with yourself. You will understand what you can and cannot achieve at the moment. Remain committed, keep moving and many of your cannots will be replaced with “I can”.

Every positive thought creates a blessing and you are not far from reaching your goal. When you are positive, you are a blessing to others as well.
Keep going one step at a time, one day at a time. Don’t focus on where you think your training will lead you but instead do what you can today. Every day, when you have finished training remember this… You put in work today and it is okay to be content with it.
