    • Thank you, jonfitzsimon. I am holding 10 lb. dumbbells in the video. Resistance isn’t key. Reps and control are key. Use weight if you desire. If you can carry a full conversation while performing these exercises, you will be okay. Running is very mental. These exercises will teach your mind to accept that because the movements are boring. That is the key in this video. To do 110 reps requires patience and rhythm. Find your rhythm! It is your fingerprint and the beginning of your blueprint!
