Much of what I share on my blog is extreme; I don’t recommend any of my personal training to anyone. But I do understand that not everyone who reads my blog is an ultrarunner. Some of you may not be runners at all and that is okay.
Starting next Saturday, October 26, I will introduce some very simple exercises that will benefit anyone. I call it Simple Saturday. These exercises are simple, effective, and real. Whether active or inactive these tips will help you. Give them a try and let me know how my tips are helping you.
The photo above is an example of a simple exercise that will help you. It involves raising your hands above your head and calmly (at your own rhythm) counting to five slowly lowering your arms. A video will follow each exercise.
