Introducing my pre-workout green smoothie recipe using organicgirl 100% baby kale. This recipe is simple and will energize you for any level of activity.
Pre-Workout Green Power Smoothie featuring organicgirl® 100% baby kale
Makes four to five servings.
- 3 cups organicgirl® 100% baby kale
- 2 cups water
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 tablespoons raw agave nectar
- 1 tablespoon Warrior Force™ Warrior Greens
- 1 tablespoon Udo’s Oil™ (optional)
Place one cup of organicgirl® 100% baby kale into a blender with 2 cups of water and blend.
Place two more cups of the baby kale and blend.
Add bananas, blueberries and agave nectar and blend.
Finally add Warrior Force™ Warrior Greens and Udo’s Oil™ and blend.
Drink 30 minutes to one hour before working out and/or throughout your day for an energy boost.
