The guide below highlights times during your day to drink a cup or two of water. If you’re having trouble drinking up to eight glasses of water a day this will help you reach that goal. If you can’t stick with this guide it is okay. This simple guide will help motivate and remind you to drink water each day.
Drink up to 16 ounces of water during these hours of your day.

- 8 PM
